About us
This position is for a Director of Nursing position for Morgan Hill Healthcare Center. Applicants must have 1-2 years of nursing leadership.
We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to join our team and lead our long-term care, nursing home, and rehabilitation center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on providing quality care to our patients. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to patient care, overseeing the clinical staff, and ensuring that all standards of care are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage the budget for the nursing department.
- Develop and implement a plan for the long-term care of patients.
- Oversee the admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain records of patient care, treatments, and services provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
